Processing & Shipping Times

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Shipping Time:
    • Domestic (USA): 5-12 business days
    • International: 10-20 business days

Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • We offer Standard and Expedited Shipping options.
  • We do not currently ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • The Nyan Nyan is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.
  • If you experience an issue, don't hesitate to get in touch with the shipping carrier directly.
  • If your package is marked as "delivered" but you did not receive it, check with your neighbors or local post office before reaching out.

Address Errors

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees for resending the package.
